Please ensure the above form is completed in full and emailed to info@isavdesign.co.nz
Please note it is the Contractor’s Responsibility to notify the CAR Applicant for Start Date & Complete Date of Work and Bill Payer’s responsibility if any penalty occurs by RCA while Contractor fails to do so.
If the above form is not completed in full, this will delay works proceeding as this information is required for Council/RCA approval.
Please note, Council have separate charges that get forwarded onto the principal client/asset owner. By completing this form, you acknowledge these charges.
Interest may be charged on any amount owing after the due date at the rate of 10.50% per month or part month.
Please allow for 2 - 3 working days for Isav Design to create a TMP application and submission to Council/RCA after receiving the above form.
Please allow for 10 - 15 working days for Council approvals to come through.
We will then send you this approved TMP.
We only deal with CAR submission and approvals.
